1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Once you submit your e-signature and payment clears, no refunds — even if:

• Delivery is delayed or missed

• You change your mind

• Tank is inaccessible

• Supplier makes a mistake

We charge upfront. You pay once. Done.

2. NO HIDDEN FEES

Your total includes:

• The total amount for the ticket to be generated, fulfilled, and delivered to your residence or business, by your local propane supplier/provider.

3. Credit Only (Our Discretion)

If supplier cannot deliver (not your fault), we may issue a non-expiring credit for future use. No cash back.

4. Delivery = Supplier’s Job

We do not deliver. Issues with:

• Late/missed delivery

• Fill errors

• Driver damage → Contact supplier directly. We submit your order with your local propane supplier to be fulfilled and delivered.

5. Fraud = Legal Action

False info, bad checks, or disputes =

• $150 fee

• Collections

• Civil lawsuit (you pay our costs)
